Studio Info

My studio is based around ProTools le 7.3 hard disk recording system. One computer is an Intel Pent D 2.8 Ghz dual processor with 2 Gb Ram and 250 Mb Hard Drive, the other is an Intel Pent 2.67 Ghz with 768 Mb Ram and Two 120 Gb hard drives. Also one external HD of 400 Gb and one of 120 Gb. Over 1000 Gb of Storage.

ProTools connects to two video monitors, a 26" Polaroid HDTV (lcd), and a 19" KDS lcd.

My microphones are an AKG 414 XLS, a B-2, a couple of Cad C195, and some Astatic BL94s

Keyboards are Korg Triton Studio 76 keys and a Korg PA1X pro (mostly).

Mixers are a Behringer DDX3216, connects to my digidesign 002 with spdif and ADAT.

TC Helicon Voiceworks helps fix my vocals in the mix

Audio monitors are Truth B2031 reference monitors, and a Yamaha powered mixer pushing a couple 15" Crates to even up the bass. I also have a couple Behringer B300s to monitor my keyboard instruments.

For remote recording, I use a Zoom MRS1608 with USB output. USB lets me drop all the tracks right into ProTools.

Misc stuff, includes a JVC cassette recorder, a record player, a cheap CD player to double check the CDs for sound. Also an Epson Ink Jet print on CD printer.
